Immediate. Agile. Transparent. Autonomous. AdMore’s proud to be recognized as America’s largest independently owned-and-operated automated TV buying platform operating today. We originally hung out the shingle back in the long-ago days of 2013 before there was really much of a programmatic advertising business at all. Yet a hard-won reputation for delivery, adaptability, efficiency and integrity has enabled us to forge productive relationships spanning the largest agency holding companies, cross-platform trading desks, DSPs and diverse video ad platforms, as well as the most influential local station groups, cable operators, content publishers, networks and tapestry of emerging streaming video providers who together continue to redefine today’s swift-moving media landscape.
We’re fortunate to count many of advertising and media’s most reliable, innovative and respected companies as key strategic partners. Here are just a few:
Senior Vice President, Performance Media
Senior Vice President, Accounting
Vice President, Information Technology
Director of Media Operations
Director of Sales
What do you tell your friends on “Bring Your Father to School Day” when your dad sells air to help support his wife and four daughters? Kristen was hooked on advertising from the moment her industry vet dad, Mike, first doled down his extra TV industry swag, creating an instant attraction that soon progressed into an early obsession with the “TV Guide.” Outside of gymnastics, photography, ‘90s era Chicago Bulls and good wine, the Chicago-to-LA transplant now likes nothing more than geeking out with collaborative colleagues by delving into reams of deep data, searching for new ways to reach all-too-elusive targets or optimize client campaigns. AdMore’s new head of media planning, buying, sourcing, trafficking, viewership analysis and reporting certainly knows analytics and how to use them from the inside-out, combining stints as a top media buyer for M Buy, IPG’s McCann Erickson, and others with down-in-the-trenches digital expertise as a Mediaocean software engineer. The DePaul grad is still brimming with inspiration from the first time she ever negotiated a 30-second spot in the Super Bowl, but the impresario for change currently hopes to remedy the industry of make-goods and POD violations once and for all.
- I’d love to trade places with: Jessica Biel (I’d be married to Justin Timberlake), Navy SEAL or NASA astronaut
- Top of my bucket list: Attend adult space camp, own a vineyard
- My proudest accomplishment: Pilgrimage to Croatia to build a much-needed school
Some folks are colorful and gregarious. Some prefer the seclusion and focus of black and white numbers on a page. And some have the rare capacity to combine both. Eric knew early on that numbers were always his common denominator, whether tracking investments, taxes, financial operations and, now, the incomes and outlays for AdMore’s entire operation. But don’t size him up for a pocket protector or green eyeshade just yet, because when he’s not poring over spreadsheets, he’s listening to ‘90s grunge rock, spending a day at the beach or camping with his family, so long as he’s active and outdoors. Eric’s keen objectivity is an invaluable asset, as he always helps to keep both the books and AdMore’s personnel well balanced.
- Person I most admire: My father
- I’d love to trade places with: Tiger Woods
- If I could do it all over, I’d be: A Navy SEAL
AdMore’s business is built upon transacting digital data, so our IT guy is about as rigorous and prepared for any emergency as they come. Alan grew up San Diego military and is both a former Marine Sergeant as well as Navy Lieutenant. His experience in the U.S. armed forces gave him ample lessons in how to motivate his team, accomplish his mission as quickly and efficiently as possible, and learn from the most adverse circumstances. That experience goes a long way in his day-to-day role managing software developers, data analysts, systems administrators, database administrators and platform managers in as complex a supply and delivery chain as AdMore. Alan subscribes to the very simple “PRP” mantra passed down from a former Army officer and Washington State college instructor that now undergirds the AdMore process: Provide the tools. Remove the obstacles. Prevent the bullshit. Funny thing is that’s the same operating philosophy that’s been equally as effective in Alan’s role coaching his son’s Little League team.
- I can spend hours on end: Reading books
- Qualities I value the most: Effort and honesty
- If I could do it all over: Wouldn’t change a thing
Joe’s a video guy. He loves making them. Editing them. Trafficking them. And when he’s not working on them, playing video games, especially first-person shooters. He’s proud of his work converting all of AdMore’s media content delivery to digital because the system is now so incredibly efficient. Just like him. Spots can go anywhere and everywhere – fast – just like him. Because for Joe, there’s nothing as thrilling as the pull-the-blood-to-the-back-of-the-head rush of his Triumph Bonneville motorcycle as he sweeps through zigzagging mountain turns. He was weaned on dirt bikes and three-wheelers as a kid growing up in North Carolina, but with so many of his SoCal colleagues so fond of the ocean, Joe’s true local love is the meandering mountain landscapes, switchbacks and, when traffic permits, wide open highways.
- Person I most admire: Shirley Chisholm, the first African-American congresswoman

- My biggest influences: Everyday people
Patty’s spent more than two decades spanning TV, digital, mobile and advertising technology, and that wide variety of expertise now serves her well as head of all West Coast advertising sales, managing key accounts out of the AdMore’s Temecula HQ. She’s got an entrepreneurial, can-do mentality, spurred by her prior work in new online, mobile and app-based ventures. And before that, she also marketed, managed and put together cross-platform partnerships including broadcast, cable, print and digital media. Patty boasts that rare combination of business and creative acumen, holding dual degrees from Cal State-Sacramento in marketing and advertising, as well as film and video production. She’s a big supporter of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and loves spending time with her two gigantic Rottweilers.
