Brendan Condon comes to Media Properties Holdings with over 25 years of global media experience across the Time Warner organization – specializing in media monetization and serves as the company’s President. As a senior vice president for AOL and the managing director for the company’s London-based international advertising divisions, he led a team of 500+ employees across 10 European countries and Japan.
Mr. Condon is an industry-leading executive who has specialized in all aspects of media including Video, Web Display, Mobile, and Ad Serving, – across portals, 3rd party ad networks, vertical publishing houses, social networks and emerging technologies.
His background includes extensive experience in strategic prospecting, evaluating, and acquiring or partnering with companies of scale across varying media sectors. Mr. Condon has an MBA from Columbia University specializing in Finance and holds a BS in Mathematics from St John’s University.
He is a key note speaker at multiple industry conferences and events across U.S., Europe and Asia; most recently member of the Leadership Council for the EU Internet Advertising Bureau as well as active memberships with the IAB UK, EIAA, among many other leading industry bodies.
Stephanie’s industry experience started at SyberVision, which began as a catalog company, and became one of the first companies to produce an infomercial, called the Neuropsychology of Weight Control. After falling in love with direct response advertising, she spent the next 13 years at Mercury Media with a variety of responsibilities helping them grow from just 8 employees to 80. She then worked for Revenue Frontier to help them grow their Per Inquiry division and later helped get their agency, Media Design Group, off the ground, returning to her roots as a media buyer.
Stephanie Hanson joined the Media Properties Holdings Team in 2013, bringing 25 years of TV and Direct Response Advertising experience to her role as SVP of Media Relations, managing all REVShare® and AdMore® media partnerships and network sales teams. Finding a new passion with AdMore®, MPH’s newest platform and a leader in ‘Automation’, Stephanie assumed the role of CRO, AdMore® in May of 2015 and couldn’t be more excited.
Stephanie studied at Diablo Valley College in Northern California. She lives in Pleasanton, CA with her husband of 23 years and two teenage children.
Karen Morrow currently serves as Media Properties Holdings’ SVP of Performance Based Media. She joined the team in 2014, bringing over 10 years of experience in television and digital media, and is our resident specialist in performance media buying and planning. Her knowledge of the rapidly evolving media landscape is vital to our continued growth and success.
Karen is responsible for the management of the media acquisition teams for RevShare and AdMore®.
Alan is REVShare’s Vice President of Information Technology. Alan comes to REVShare with more than 15 years of experience in the information technology fields. His diverse background includes network/systems design, security, database architecture, application/web development, process automation and optimization, as well as configuration management.
Levien was previously a Network/Systems Manager at SRA International assigned to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) contract. There he managed the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP) Secure Network (SecNET) at the San Diego detachment. Alan was a software builder at Microsoft, a manufacturing engineer at F5 Networks and Qualcomm and a software developer on a National Institutes of Health project. He began his career as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and continued his service as a Lieutenant in the United Stated Navy Reserve.
Levien graduated from Washington State University with a BA degree in Business Administration. He resides in San Diego with his wife and 2 young children.
Director of Media Operations. With over 10 years’ experience at REVShare in this role, Joseph manages and oversees a team that is tasked primarily with the operational part of both AdMore® and our DR business lines. This includes primarily the set up and distribution of our clients offers to media outlets (physical but mostly electronic now). He coordinates with other departments and also acts as a jack of all trades for light post production of commercials, QC of commercials and formats, Nielsen watermarking, Vantage workflows and oversight of the TMS (our proprietary system for distribution). He works primarily with our network and performance media teams but also with our Information Management group.
Externally, he is our point person with Operational vendors, like OnTheSpot and Extreme Reach, as examples. Prior to REVShare, Joseph has had a variety of hands-on general or operational management positions for more than 15 years in a variety of industries.
His educational background is in Mechanical Drafting and Avionics, as well as extensive familiarity in his career with a variety of post-production and media software applications.
Eric Aragon currently works as the Controller and SVP of Finance at REVShare. Eric brings over 15 years of financial management experience and oversees all aspects of the accounting, finance, financial reporting, treasury, and tax functions within the Company.
Prior to joining REVShare in 2011, Eric worked at Deloitte and Touche where his engagements focused on the real estate, manufacturing, governmental, and hedge fund industries. Eric’s experience included performing audits of SEC registered companies, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Public Offering Memorandums, and GAAP reporting. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of California, a designation he achieved while working for Deloitte.
Eric holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. Eric is also fluent in Spanish.
Eric is the proud father of four beautiful children. When he’s not playing baseball with his children, he volunteers at local charities and community events.
Matt Schulde came to Media Properties Holdings (REVShare) in 2002, serving first as an Account Executive, then Senior Account Executive, VP of National Accounts and VP of Network and Business Development before assuming his current position as VP AdMore® Cable Media. In this role, Matt is tasked with the development, allocation and placement of AdMore® client’s campaigns on cable properties.
The start of Matt’s media career came behind the assignment desk in broadcast television news at WFSB-TV in Hartford, CT. Wanting to move into the advertising side of the business, he made for a quick study as he transitioned to the Direct Response industry. First honing his skills at MMSI on their media team as an Account Executive before joining REVShare, where he became a key asset in developing the company’s unwired network.
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Keene State College and earned his Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Rhode Island. He has over a decade of service on the board of directors for a regional non-profit advocacy group and over two decades of active status as a volunteer firefighter in the community where he lives with his wife and child.
Jay Goldstein brings over 20 years of experience in TV, Cinema and Out-of Home advertising sales to AdMore®. Jay’s TV background includes sales and sales management with local broadcast stations(WOLF and WYOU ), national rep firms(Seltel, Petry and NCC) as well as the NBC Owned Stations Group, where he directed the local stations Olympic sales efforts. Jay has also led Business Development efforts for the sports division of NCC, the national rep firm for the Spot Cable industry and built the regional sales team at Screenvision, allowing advertisers to add the power of cinema advertising to their regional TV plans.
At AdMore® Jay leads our east coast sales efforts and has brought dozens of new advertisers to the platform, with great results. Jay has formed many invaluable partnerships in the Advanced TV space and has been a key contributor in making AdMore® the fast growing platform it has become.
Jay lives on Long Island with his wife Michelle and college age children, Nicole and Daniel. In his spare time he enjoys running, golfing and spending time with his family.
Kim is a recent hire for AdMore® as our first Director of Sales in the Midwest. Kim brings experience in both buying and selling TV and Digital media, and has spent her career working with clients and agencies across the Mid-U.S. territory.
Kim caught the media bug, from a start on the advertising agency side of the business, eventually running a buying team responsible for $100million in multi-client annual budgets. With a passion for learning all aspects of the media business, she jumped to the sales side and has partnered with clients in Broadcast Television, Cable TV, Digital-OnLine, Social Media and a dabble in DOOH with mobile, location targeting.
AdMore® is the perfect blend of Kim’s TV and Digital experience; her broad knowledge of our business and bringing “new” media to the marketplace will benefit clients.
Kim loves everything about the Midwest (except maybe the long winters) and lives near the great city of Chicago with her husband and children.
Melissa Rivera-Renet has amassed 25+ years of analytical and diagnostic TV Research experience where she was responsible for aligning different data requests and different data sources within various cable and TV network organizations. She was a beta tester for early Rentrak reporting tools and several Nielsen end-user platforms; providing guidance on usability, analytical performance and platform design. In her role as AdMore®’s Platform Director, Melissa will guide product management, ensure data integrity and coordinate internal optimization and efficiency efforts.
Previously, Rivera-Renet led the research and reporting ventures for several media entities including Showtime, NBC Universal, Rainbow Media and ABC10 in San Diego. During this time she was responsible for innovation in audience measurements, new currencies and discovering how TV content was being consumed across different platforms.
Melissa holds an undergraduate degree in Media Communications from California University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Temecula, California with her husband, son, four dogs, four cats, three lizards and two frogs.
Chris Holden joined the AdMore® team in March of 2015 and is now currently serving as AdMore®’s Director in Sales Development. In his current role Chris manages all of the day to day interactions between AdMore® and our clients, overseeing the campaigns to ensure they deliver in full and meet the client’s expectations. He is excited to be a part of the fast growing programmatic TV space and is eager to help clients grow their business in this new environment.
Prior to AdMore® Chris started his media career with NCC Media, as a Sales Assistant for local spot cable. After 6 months of sales assisting he moved to the Political team for the 2012 political election and worked on campaigns from local propositions to presidential candidates. Once the political season was over he transitioned into an Account Executive role where he was responsible for negotiating cable/satellite rates and maintaining all on-air campaigns from start to finish ensuring delivery of schedules. While at NCC Media he maintained a knowledge of local & national market conditions in 100+ markets nationwide in order to better the client’s position in the media landscape.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He currently resides in Temecula with his wife and child.
Zac Gorman joined the AdMore® team in January of 2016, and currently serves as a Sales Development Manager. In Zac’s current role, he helps manage a variety of clients and oversees their campaigns. Zac is very excited to be on the AdMore® team and to be a part of the fast growing industry of programmatic TV.
Before joining AdMore®, Zac was part of the Direct Response team at Dish Network. In that role, Zac was responsible for the implementation of national media buys exceeding $300,000 weekly for specific demographics. He also managed and maintained all domestic PI (Per Inquiry) advertising for Dish Network. Prior to his experience at Dish Network, Zac worked in the music industry as a talent agent for nationally touring musicians.
Zac earned his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University. He currently resides in New York City and is based on the east coast.
Patty Gust brings over 20 years of strategic sales, marketing and business development to AdMore. She has broad experience across all aspects of media including Digital, Mobile, Ad Tech and Television – across Publishers, Portals, DSP/DMP’s, Local Television, Spot Television and Network Television.
The last 10 years Ms. Gust focused on the digital marketplace working at several emerging market start-ups where she secured content and technology partnerships as well as mobile app partnerships. Before her move into digital, Ms. Gust worked many years in television sales, marketing and in management roles. While in television she sold cross platform partnerships consisting of broadcast TV, cable TV, print and digital.
Ms. Gust holds a BS in Business – Marketing/Advertising and a BA in Communications – Film/Video Production from California State University Sacramento. She continues to support Lambda Legal fund raising efforts and the ASPCA as well as other community projects.
Doug has spent his entire career in the performance based television advertising business. Doug started in Chicago as a sales rep for a group of small religious television stations. From that meager beginning 25 years ago, he has held senior management positions at rep firms, cable networks and advertising agencies. You may have even seen him cleaning the side of an RV in a mid-90’s infomercial.
Doug joins us as Executive Director of Sales and works from his home in Indianapolis, IN. He holds degrees from both Indiana University and the University of Notre Dame. When not focusing on all things TV, he loves to bicycle and spend time with his wife and daughter.
